Chrissy T

LCSW

Chrissy Tucciarone - LCSW in the state of Rhode Island, Certified Breathwork

Instructor, Advanced Practitioner in Bio-Dynamics and Spiral Dynamics (energy healing modalities)

At the core of my practice is permission to be ALL of you - messy, experimental, empowered, and human. I have a strong background in individual, family and group therapy with a focus on moving through perfectionism, strong boundary setting, coping skills, self-esteem, intimacy, and developing a relationship with the spirit of play and creativity.

I blend trauma-informed perspectives with somatics, breathwork, energy healing, nervous system regulation, inner child reparenting, empowerment coaching, and humor...because laughter really is the best medicine and healing doesn’t always need to feel heavy! Now that all might sound like a mouthful, but at its essence, my practice takes a holistic approach. This allows me to meet you right where you’re at and guide you back to your inner wisdom using approaches that are unique to your learning needs and belief systems.

When we work together, you can expect a confidential, safe (and sometimes silly) space to explore your inner depths and connect with your power.

Dustin V.
LMHC-A - Accepting new clients!

Hi. I’m Dustin.

I am an Associate mental health counselor trained at Antioch University in Seattle.

My areas of focus are military members/family/veterans, musicians/artists, trauma survivors,

adolescents, substance use, problematic use of technology, Ex/current religious folks, and

parenting. That said, I'm here to collaborate and foster a therapeutic environment regardless of

your background or identity.

My approach is “humanistic”, trauma informed, and consistent with a “bio/psycho/social” view

of health: I believe all people have innate resources, strengths, and potential. Together, we can

collaborate to consider how your inner resources interact with life experience, age, disability,

sexual orientation, race, culture, gender, and other factors that make each of us unique. Using an

integrative approach of person centered, DBT, narrative, Gestalt, ACT, existential, and somatic

focused therapies, my goal is to create a space where you can truly be heard and witnessed, a

powerful experience to help you step into your full potential and meet your goals, whatever they

may be.

Before choosing therapy as a profession, I spent most of my life associated with the military as a

kid, an active-duty serviceman, then a spouse. I have worked as a professional musician

(trumpet), a call center worker, and enjoy hiking, auto mechanics, reading fantasy/sci-fi novels,

and spending time with my wife and kiddo. All these experiences and roles inspire(ed) and

inform(ed) my career, my therapeutic approach, and contributes to my passion for providing

evidenced based therapy.
