Helping You Move Forward

We are currently accepting new referrals for telehealth at this time.

Are you looking to make positive life changes, heal past traumas, and improve relationships? Are you going through major life changes such as becoming a parent, changing careers, or dealing with chronic health issues?

Therapy can be a safe place to explore your concerns and learn new skills for living a balanced life! We utilize traditional therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, but attempt to bring elements of holistic and complimentary healing into treatment whenever possible. We believe that body, mind, and spirit, as well as community and relational dynamics are inter-connected and deserve equal treatment focus.

Chrissy T

Chrissy Tucciarone - LCSW in the state of Rhode Island, Certified Breathwork Instructor, Advanced Practitioner in Bio-Dynamics and Spiral Dynamics (energy healing modalities)

At the core of my practice is permission to be ALL of you - messy, experimental, empowered, and human. I have a strong background in individual, family and group therapy with a focus on moving through perfectionism, strong boundary setting, coping skills, self-esteem, intimacy, and developing a relationship with the spirit of play and creativity.

I blend trauma-informed perspectives with somatics, breathwork, energy healing, nervous system regulation, inner child reparenting, empowerment coaching, and humor...because laughter really is the best medicine and healing doesn’t always need to feel heavy! Now that all might sound like a mouthful, but at its essence, my practice takes a holistic approach. This allows me to meet you right where you’re at and guide you back to your inner wisdom using approaches that are unique to your learning needs and belief systems.

When we work together, you can expect a confidential, safe (and sometimes silly) space to explore your inner depths and connect with your power.
